Return

We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition.

Please complete the returns form that came with your order. If you don't have one, you can download one here.

You can create your own return label here.

Please note that you are responsible for the return until it reaches us, so we recommend that you use the shipping label you received with your order or downloaded from our site and follow your package with the tracking function.

If you would like to organize your own shipment to return an item, you can find our return address at the bottom of this page.

Exchange

You are entitled to exchange your item for a different size or color within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that items must be in their original condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange an item for a different style.

Please complete the form that came with your order and state the new color and/or size that you would like to receive. If you need to download a new form, you can find it here.

If you have requested to exchange an item for a different size and color and it is out of stock, you will be contacted by our customer service.
