WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY METHODS?

We ship with GLS and DAO. Delivery is free over 499kr. See our Delivery page for a complete overview of prices and delivery times.

HOW DO I CHANGE/CANCEL A PURCHASE?

If you wish to change a purchase, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible, with your order number. It will be possible to change a purchase if you have not received a shipping confirmation. If this is the case, you must place a new order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible, so that we can stop shipping the item. If this is not met, it will be a return.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

When your order is packed and has left our warehouse, you will receive a track and trace number via email. When your package is ready for collection at a parcel shop, you will receive a notification via SMS.

HOW DO I RETURN A PURCHASE?

Please note that returned items must be in their original condition.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN MY ORDER?

It costs 49,- DKK to return the order due to shipping costs.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE A PURCHASE?

You are entitled to exchange your item for a different size or color within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that items must be in their original condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange an item for a different style.

Please complete the form you received with your order and indicate the new color and/or size you would like to receive. If you need to download a new form, you can find it here.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return package has been delivered to our warehouse, we will process the payment to the same credit card used for the purchase.

This usually takes between 2-4 days.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM AFTER PURCHASE?

If your item is defective/broken, you can file a complaint here.

In accordance with the Danish Sales Act, we offer repair and replacement of the claimed product, and you have up to two years to claim your item.

We accept claims against presentation of a receipt or order confirmation.

Gift card

HOW DO I BUY A GIFT CARD?

The gift card can be purchased by adding an amount to your shopping cart. The gift card is available in several amounts and cannot be purchased with discount codes. You can purchase a gift card here.

HOW LONG IS A GIFT CARD VALID?

Your gift card expires after 3 years from the date you purchase/receive the gift card.

HOW DO I RETURN A GIFT CARD PURCHASE?

If you wish to return a purchase that was purchased from a gift card, the amount will be credited back to the same gift card.

HOW DO I CHECK MY BALANCE?

If a gift card is linked to a customer account, the balance can be checked using the link in the gift card email. For customers without a customer account, please contact: customerservice@xheladini.com.
